There are basic building blocks to every fitness program at Laguna Fitness. Each is important because Cora wants you to find the best in you.

Weight Training

Laguna Fitness is a fully equipped gym with the latest in up-to-date weight training gear. While Cora is an advocate of certain cable regimens, she is a free-weight expert and devotee. In designing your program, she will consider your goals and history as you gradually, steadily, and responsibly maximize your gains.

Cardiovascular Training

Cardio is a key component of every Cora program. You will be asked to find time for cardio training at Laguna Fitness or during your time away from the gym. Cardio will help to trim your body and prepare it for lean muscle weight gain.

Nutrition Training

Cora is living proof that you are what you eat. She will educate you on the foods required to meet your goals and how the timing of your daily intake will impact your results. Her counseling includes carefully designed recipes that can help redefine your relationship to food.
